Now that the development team is off limits [from a new requirements standpoint], I’m taking time to browse through the oodles of information out there regarding repositories [some of it for the 15th time]. This is all in the hope that something tickles my fancy and strikes up the inspiration for a decent IOL session. Kind of reminds me of lesson planning…sure wish I had a LOR to work from back then…but I digress…
I know there comes a point during conferences when we could all use a nap…but I’d rather not be playing the role of Mr. Sandman that day!
Our second development sprint is now underway. The demo of the first sprint cycle went really well, and I was able to take feedback from the interested parties into consideration for this and future sprints. There are some ambitious goals for this current sprint given the actual amount of workdays, but the development team and myself are confident this sprint will be a success also.
